Return/Refund Policy

Caps have a Limited Lifetime Guarantee to cover any manufacturer's defect. If you are unsatisfied with your order, or if it arrives damaged or defective, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. If the item is defective, we will refund your cost on ground transportation.

Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of sale.

Pack the item(s) securely in a box or the package used to deliver the item along with a copy of the sales paperwork/receipt, an explanation for your return, and your email address. Attach a mailing label (clear tape is usually best) addressed to the fulfillment house (Better Lists PowerCap Return, 64 Sunnyside Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902-7641) to the outside of the box. Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location: United States Postal Service or UPS. In order to ensure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box. Every shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.

All orders must be mailed back in the condition the items were received with no signs of use.

Exchanges will be done as soon as possible. You will be notified by email of any back orders.
